Record goods receipts with various origin documents

The Goods Receipt module can be used to post incoming items. These can originate from various source documents such as purchase orders, stock transfer orders or sales complaints. First, the goods receipt document or the source document for which a goods receipt is to be entered must be selected. 

Mobile processing of open positions

After loading the document, the respective items are displayed with their outstanding incoming quantities. In the extended view, existing item images from the material master can also be displayed for better recognition of the incoming material. An item can be processed by scanning or selecting it by touch. The Etiscan solution also offers optional modules for taking photos of the goods, e.g. if they arrive damaged, and attaching them to the document of origin.

Enter batch numbers and post goods receipt

When entering items with a batch or serial number requirement, the user is prompted to enter these and labels can be printed. Recorded items are highlighted in color in the overview. The document and its items can be partially or completely posted via the mobile device.
