Data storage when contacting us
When you contact us with us by e-mail or via our contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context after storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Collection of personal data
When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server according to the settings you have made (server log files). This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use.
Contact/registration form
If you send us enquiries via the form, for example for enquiries, appointments, to receive press information or our newsletter , your details from the form, including the contact details you provide there, will be storedby us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
We use the so-called double opt-in procedurefor registration, i.e. your registration is not complete until you have confirmed your registration by clicking on the link contained in a confirmation e-mail sent to you for this purpose. If you do not confirm your registration within 48 hours, your registration will be automatically deleted from our database.

SSL encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the enquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from ‘http://’ to ‘https://’ and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot generally be read by third parties.

Cookies
In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by the browser you use and through which certain information flows to us (the server of our website). Pseudonymised user profiles can be created and evaluated from this data. Cookies can be used for this purpose.
